Job summary

Veriipro is seeking an experienced Senior QA Tester to ensure quality, reliability, and performance across web, API, and enterprise applications. The role emphasizes strong testing, defect management, SQL validation, and test automation.

You will design tests, execute plans, collaborate with developers and analysts, participate in Agile ceremonies, mentor juniors, and contribute to improving testing processes and release validation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software quality assurance and testing experience.
• Experience testing web, API, and enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, Agile practices, and STLC processes.
• Experience with functional, integration, backend, compatibility, regression, and data validation testing.
• Working knowledge of SQL, databases, and data validation techniques.
• Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of automated testing tools and test automation frameworks.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior QA team members.
• ISTQB or similar certification preferred.
