Job summary

Clio, the global leader in legal AI technology, is seeking a Senior Quote-to-Cash Systems Engineer to join the Revenue Operations team. This hands-on role owns the day-to-day administration of our Q2C stack—Salesforce, CPQ, and billing—and scales it as our products and selling motions grow, across the US and Canada (remote).

You will drive CPQ configuration, billing processes, and integrations (Workato, DealHub, NetSuite, LeapFin), optimize revenue recognition, and collaborate with Sales,

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of Salesforce administration in a complex environment.
• 3+ years with CPQ / Quote-to-Cash tooling (Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, Subskribe).
• Billing experience with modern subscription-billing platforms and revenue-handoffs.
• AI fluency and use of AI tools to improve productivity.
• Ability to design scalable integrations and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize CPQ configuration, pricing setup, templates, approvals, discounting, renewals, amendments, and co-terming.
• Manage end-to-end billing processes and revenue flow across Salesforce, DealHub, NetSuite, and LeapFin.
• Design and support integrations and automations (Workato) across Q2C stack.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve quoting/billing issues with incident communication.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Engineering, and other stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior administrators.
