Clio is seeking a Senior R&D Operations Specialist to scale operating systems, planning rhythms, and cross-functional coordination for Product, Design, Engineering, and Research teams. This remote role covers the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec); local hubs require in-office attendance twice weekly.

You will work with leaders across Clio Work, Enterprise, and related product areas to create clarity, consistency, and momentum for complex, cross-functional work.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in product operations, R&D operations, program management, business operations, or related tech role.
• Strong program management skills coordinating initiatives across multiple teams and leaders.
• Excellent organizational skills to create clarity and maintain follow-through.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management to influence senior leaders.
• Curiosity about product strategy, customer value, business outcomes, and team dynamics.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain sources of truth for portfolio priorities, milestones, dependencies, owners, decisions, risks, and progress.
• Strengthen operating rhythms: planning cadences, leadership syncs, showcases, QBRs, all-hands, cross-functional forums.
• Create workback plans for complex product initiatives with milestones, dependencies, and success measures.
• Improve horizontal coordination across Product, Design, Engineering, Research, GTM, Data, and partners.
• Support development and tracking of quarterly and annual OKRs across portfolios and teams.
• Partner with Strategy & Ops, Data, and GTM to bring usage, customer, revenue, and market signals into rhythms.
• Create templates, docs, dashboards, and playbooks to reduce duplication and improve clarity.
