Qualifications

Senior-level experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
Strong proficiency in Python for scripting and framework development.
Working knowledge of automated testing frameworks and CI/CD concepts.
Solid understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and defect management.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and reusable Python frameworks.
Translate manual test cases into scalable automated coverage.
Integrate automated tests into build and deployment pipelines to surface defects early.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and engineers on acceptance criteria and behavior.
Track, triage, and document defects, verifying fixes through regression runs.
Mentor colleagues on automation techniques and test strategy.
