United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to dissect features, craft risk-based test strategies, and drive robust automation across backend and frontend systems. You'll consult with developers, stress-test the product, and push for rock-solid quality across platforms.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of automation experience, strong Python/Java/JS/C# skills, and hands-on API/UI testing with Selenium, Playwright, pytest, or REST Assured, plus knowledge of

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in test automation for back-end and/or front-end systems.
• Experience with API and UI test automation using Selenium, Playwright, pytest, REST Assured, or similar.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and risk-based testing approaches.
• Experience with Kubernetes from a testing perspective.
• Experience with data storages such as ClickHouse, MySQL, DynamoDB.
• Hands-on load and performance testing with k6, JMeter, Locust, or similar.
• Strong SQL and scripting knowledge.
• Good understanding of HTTP(S), XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve automation frameworks for functional and performance testing.
• Analyze product and technical requirements and identify potential quality risks.
• Build risk-based testing strategies for new features and changes.
• Plan and prioritize testing activities with the development team.
• Develop and maintain automated API, UI, functional, and load tests.
• Create positive, negative, boundary, and failure scenarios.
• Support and improve existing automated test suites.
• Collaborate closely with developers to understand implementation details and improve testability.
• Analyze test results, investigate failures, and help identify root causes.
• Maintain relevant test documentation and continuously improve QA practices within the team.
