Draper in Cambridge, MA seeks a Senior Electronic CAD Designer to develop and refine high-density PWBs. The role involves collaborating with electrical engineers, interpreting schematic inputs, and delivering detailed layouts with DXDesigner/Expedition tools.

You will work under senior staff, ensuring manufacturability with DFM input while advancing complex packaging techniques and maintaining clear communication of progress and issues.

Formación

• 10+ years in PWB design or drafting with tool knowledge.
• Experience with advanced packaging layouts including dynamic wire-bond, complex flex and 3D die stacking.
• Familiarity with industry standards and manufacturing processes.

Responsabilidades

• Assist electrical engineers with PWB design and layout.
• Work on moderate to highly complex PWB designs and documentation.
• Interface with DFM engineers to ensure manufacturability.
• Edit and enter constraints; follow processes and work instructions.
• Communicate project status to management and project team.
