Qualifications

• Life sciences degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years contract or client management experience in healthcare.
• Prior mentoring or supervisory experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficiency with standard operating procedures and compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple global projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage designated client accounts and expectations to enhance service quality.
• Develop and maintain client working practices and supporting documentation.
• Conduct regular client meetings and lead client visits to company offices.
• Identify and implement process improvements and systems to enhance service delivery.
