Job summary

ProPharma Group seeks a Senior Pharmacovigilance Client Account Manager to manage client relationships and contracts within the pharmacovigilance and medical information services domain. The role involves proactive client engagement, contract oversight, internal coordination, and business development support across global operations.

You will lead client meetings, develop documentation, onboard new contracts, and support business development while ensuring compliance with SOPs.

Qualifications

• Life sciences degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years contract or client management experience in healthcare.
• Previous mentoring and/or supervisory experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with company standard operating procedures and compliance policies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at global scale.

Responsibilities

• Manage designated clients and expectations to maintain relationships and drive business growth
• Develop and maintain client working practices documentation and supporting materials
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to address issues and identify service improvements
• Coordinate onboarding of new client contracts and provide best practice recommendations
• Lead client office visits and retrospectively review performance to identify improvement trends
