Job summary

ProPharma Group seeks a Pharmacovigilance Client Account Manager to build and maintain relationships with clients receiving pharmacovigilance and medical information services. You will manage contracts, onboarding, and service delivery across the product lifecycle.

You will coordinate client meetings, support audits, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure expectations are met and projects stay on track.

Responsibilities

• Manage designated client accounts and ensure contracted services are delivered within scope.
• Onboard new clients and establish appropriate processes and working practices.
• Conduct regular client meetings and communicate service expectations.
• Support client audits and prepare documentation as delegated by management.
• Coordinate client visits and develop business review meetings.
