Qualifications

• Life sciences degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in contract/client management in healthcare.
• Experience mentoring and/or supervising.

Responsibilities

• Manage designated ProPharma clients and their expectations.
• Develop and maintain client Working Practices and other documentation.
• Foster excellent relationships with clients via regular meetings and communications.
• Support onboarding of new client contract services and communicate best practices.
• Lead client visits to ProPharma offices and host visits.
• Review past performance to identify trends and improvements.
• Keep company personnel updated and communicate changes to managers/teams.
• Identify business development opportunities and address them with management.
• Ensure client invoicing reflects services and supports growth.
