Job summary

ProPharma seeks a Senior PV Delivery Lead/Senior CAM on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This fully remote role is based in the UK or Ireland, focusing on client relationships and PV/MI services across the lifecycle.

You will manage designated client contracts, support onboarding, lead client visits, drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and identify opportunities for growth across global accounts.

• Proven PV experience in a similar role.
• Strong client management and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid planning and organizational capabilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple projects globally.

Responsibilities

• Manage designated ProPharma clients and expectations to maintain and grow business.
• Develop and maintain client Working Practices and supporting documentation.
• Lead regular client meetings to discuss issues and improvements.
• Support onboarding of new client services and communicate best practices.
• Oversee client invoicing alignment with services and negotiate terms.
