Job summary

ProPharma is seeking a Senior PV Client Account Manager in the United States to proactively manage client relationships and contract services for PV and Medical Information. The role involves facilitating onboarding, coordinating with internal teams, and identifying opportunities for service expansion.

You will lead client meetings, review performance trends, and negotiate terms while ensuring accurate invoicing and adherence to company procedures. Occasional travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires a Life Sciences degree and at least 2 years in contract/client management in healthcare.
• Mentoring or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manages designated ProPharma clients and their expectations to maintain relationships and grow business.
• Develops and maintains client Working Practices and other documentation.
• Forges relationships with clients via regular meetings to discuss issues and improvements.
• Supports onboarding of new client services and communicates best practices.
• Identifies business development opportunities and negotiates terms.
• Ensures client invoicing reflects services.
• Leads client reviews and collaborates across units to improve processes.
• Travel to client sites or ProPharma offices as needed.
