Job summary

ProPharma is seeking a Pharmacovigilance Client Account Manager, Client Services in the United States. This role focuses on building strong client relationships and ensuring contracted PV and MI services are delivered on time and within scope.

The position leads onboarding of new client contracts, organizes regular client meetings, and collaborates across internal teams to align services with client needs and process improvements. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Life Sciences degree or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in contract, client, or project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages designated ProPharma clients and their expectations in a proactive and professional manner.
• Ensures client contracted services are delivered, maintained and within the contract scope.
• Supports onboarding of new client contract services and client meetings during setup.
• Develops and maintains client Working Practices and other supporting documentation.
• Forges excellent working relationships with clients via regular meetings and communications.
• Facilitates client discussions on issues or potential improvements with ProPharma.
