Job summary

Dewberry Engineers Incorporated in Boston, MA is seeking a seasoned Pursuit/Proposal Manager to lead federal and Northeast marketing activities. This full-time, hybrid role requires coordinating proposal development, team readiness for shortlist interviews, and ensuring compliant, high-quality marketing materials.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in AEC marketing, strong writing and project-management skills, and experience with SF330 proposals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience personally developing SF330 and equally complex proposals and managing proposal efforts.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational experience, self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and maintain concurrent deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of proposal prep: RFIs, sources sought, qualifications, and interviews.
• Manage multiple proposal efforts across diverse markets and service offerings.
• Develop and maintain capture plans for prime and sub-pack.
• Lead proposal kick-offs and reviews; coordinate client management meetings.
• Coordinate multi-office pursuit teams across service lines (Civil, Structural, Architecture, MEP, Technology).
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards for graphics, resumes, and collateral.
• Write supporting sales materials: project descriptions, resumes, overviews, executive summaries.
• Support market research, competitor analysis, and client intelligence.
• Mentor junior marketing coordinators and perform QA/QC on materials.
• Manage CRM data and keep marketing files up to date.
