Job summary

Google Cloud Consulting (GCC) seeks a Pursuit Lead to drive strategic growth for the most complex enterprise transformations. You will define service strategies, own the services architecture, and partner with Sales to accelerate GCP adoption while delivering a superior customer experience.

You will spend ~40% on customer sites, coordinating with Sales leadership and delivery resources to ensure outcomes and revenue growth for Google Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical or business field.
• 10 years of experience in customer-facing roles within the cloud or enterprise technology domain.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) technologies, services, and adoption frameworks.
• Experience with executive-level customer relationships, acting as a strategy advisor or portfolio leader.
• Experience managing agreement pursuit and service agreement life-cycles from qualification to negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and articulate the comprehensive services and transformation strategy for a specific customer portfolio, partnering with Sales leadership.
• Architect the end-to-end customer services journey, managing the services life-cycle from qualification through contracting and proposals.
• Translate complex customer goals into a defined services roadmap and orchestrate delivery resources (PSO and Partners).
• Cultivate executive relationships across the portfolio as a trusted advisor on Google Cloud service offerings.
• Drive governance and successful execution of signed Professional Services engagements to ensure timely delivery and consumption.
