Job summary

Google LLC in New York, NY, USA, seeks a Pursuit Lead to drive strategic services for complex customer transformations and partner with Sales leadership to shape holistic delivery roadmaps.

You will own services architecture, position Google Cloud offerings, and accelerate GCP adoption while ensuring exceptional customer experiences and business impact. Travel ~25% to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in customer-facing roles in cloud/enterprise tech.
• Experience managing end-to-end commercial agreement pursuit and life-cycles.
• Experience in Google Cloud Platform technologies, services, adoption frameworks.
• Experience with executive-level customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and articulate the comprehensive services and transformation strategy for a specific customer portfolio, partnering with Sales leadership.
• Architect the end-to-end customer services journey, managing the services life-cycle from qualification through contracting.
• Translate complex goals into a defined services roadmap and orchestrate engagement of delivery resources.
• Cultivate executive relationships, acting as trusted advisor on Google Cloud service offerings.
• Drive execution and governance of signed engagements to ensure timely delivery and revenue targets.
