This role blends strategic account management, publisher development, content strategy, and cross‑functional execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in publisher partnerships or related fields.
• Experience managing publishers, media organizations, or enterprise accounts.
• Strong understanding of digital media ecosystems and publisher models.
• Proven ability to develop account strategies and drive partner outcomes.
• Experience using data and insights to inform recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic publisher accounts as primary contact.
• Own publisher relationships end-to-end, including onboarding and planning.
• Develop publisher-specific growth strategies to increase content supply and audiences.
• Understand publishers' business models and editorial strategies to identify opportunities.
• Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate performance and plan growth.
• Drive adoption of TikTok products and programs across publisher accounts.
• Analyze publisher performance and audience insights to identify opportunities.
