Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees preferred (PhD/PharmD/MD).
• 4–5 years of medical/scientific publications experience in pharma or medical communications.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and cross-functional teamwork.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with presentations to senior audiences.
• Knowledge of clinical/publication structures, regulations, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Publications Teams, guiding publication plans and timelines.
• Direct tactical execution of manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and oral presentations.
• Ensure quality and alignment with platforms and supporting communications.
