Qualifications

• Minimum 10 or 15 years of project scheduling experience for Scheduler II/III (public works).
• Experience with Primavera and Microsoft Project are required.
• Ability to develop CPM baseline schedules and updates.
• Ability to build an integrated master schedule across multiple projects.
• Experience reviewing contractor baseline schedules and delay impacts.
• Experience with time impact analyses and delay claims.
• Ability to perform resource and cost loading and support earned value reporting.
• Strong written and oral communication for management and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and report on schedules for a portfolio of recovery and rebuild capital projects.
• Develop CPM baseline schedules and maintain them through regular updates.
• Build and maintain an integrated master schedule across multiple concurrent projects.
• Review contractor baseline schedules, updates, and recovery schedules for contractual compliance.
• Incorporate schedule impacts from meetings, partner agencies, and funding sources.
• Prepare and evaluate time impact analyses and delay claims.
• Perform resource loading and cost loading; support earned value reporting.
• Produce clear schedule narratives, look-ahead schedules, milestone reports, and executive summaries.
• Coordinate with project managers, design consultants, contractors, and partner agencies to identify schedule risks and mitigation options.
