AT&T Global Public Sector in the United States seeks a Principal Network Project/Program Manager to lead a multi‑track, government‑contract portfolio delivering complex telecommunications programs. You will own execution oversight, ensure compliance, manage risks, and coordinate with government customers and cross‑functional teams to align with contract objectives.

• Extensive government contract project/portfolio management experience.
• Strong organizational skills and formal contract/compliance knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead negotiations with government stakeholders and executives.
• Experience with PMBOK, Agile, Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
