AT&T is seeking a Principal Network Program/Project Manager to lead software and contact center technology projects from planning through delivery in Atlanta and other posted locations. You will drive complex programs, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and manage vendor relationships using Agile methodologies.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, executive communications, and finance oversight while ensuring compliance with standards and environmental considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in engineering or computer science field from US based college.
• 7+ years of related experience.
• Certification is required in some areas.
• Experience managing technology implementations and large programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage complex technical project plans and budgets, including schedules and business cases.
• Lead project teams, assign responsibilities, oversee performance, and manage multiple interrelated projects or programs.
• Perform scheduling, tracking, risk analysis, cost management, and change management to ensure timelines and budgets.
• Engage with clients and executives; strong presentation skills are needed for this role.
• Establish and manage relationships with customers and external vendors; coordinate with stakeholders to meet requirements.
