AT&T Global Public Sector is seeking a Principal Project/Program Manager for the FirstNet Program to drive disciplined execution and high-priority initiatives. You will connect leaders across product, sales, finance, technology, and operations to deliver clear plans and decision-ready materials.

You will manage executive communications, operating cadence, and budget considerations in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, supporting critical national public safety priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional work experience.
• Proven program/project management experience driving complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in large, matrixed organizations across multiple functions.
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Ability to operate with speed, autonomy, and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central integrator for the FirstNet Program with alignment across workstreams.
• Lead complex program management translating priorities into clear workplans and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution and resolve ownership gaps.
• Drive executive communications, updates, and decision materials.
• Own operating cadence including planning, leadership reviews, and forums.
• Support budget planning, forecasting, and expense management.
• Operate with pace and autonomy, escalating critical decisions as needed.
• Lead organizational effectiveness and change initiatives.
