Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Data & AI Technical Architect for Global Public Sector to guide defense, federal, state, local, and education customers in adopting Data 360 (Data Cloud) and Agentforce. You’ll lead architectural discussions, craft scalable architectures, ensure security/compliance, and produce reusable patterns and demos for scalable government solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical/enterprise architecture or related roles in complex enterprises.
• Experience shaping technical strategy with customer input and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of data, AI, integration, governance, security, privacy, and platform architecture concepts.
• Experience working across Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer architectural discussions around Data 360, Agentforce, data structures, AI readiness, governance, and integration.
• Build demos, prototypes, proofs of concept, and reference architectures to show value and feasibility.
• Translate customer mission and data ambitions into practical architectures meeting security and compliance needs.
• Develop reusable assets, enablement materials, and product feedback to scale impact.
