Salesforce is seeking a Data & AI Technical Architect for Global Public Sector to advise defense, federal, state, local, higher education, and nonprofit customers on Data 360 (Data Cloud) and Agentforce, turning ambitions into practical architectures that meet security and governance needs.

You’ll work at the intersection of architecture, engineering, and delivery, building trusted data foundations and scalable solutions while collaborating with sales, product, and delivery teams to drive

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical architecture or related senior roles.
• Experience shaping technical strategy with customers and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of enterprise data, AI, governance, security, and privacy concepts.
• Familiarity with public sector compliance frameworks like FedRAMP, StateRAMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Share a clear point of view on enterprise data and AI for public sector missions.
• Deeply understand our data & AI products and articulate the value of the Salesforce platform to stakeholders.
• Partner with sellers and solution teams to uncover customers' mission problems and shape technical strategy.
• Lead customer architectural discussions around Data 360, Agentforce, data structures and patterns, AI readiness, and governance.
• Build customer confidence through demos, prototypes, proofs of concept, reference patterns, and architectural walkthroughs.
• Continuously scan the horizon and refine judgment on what’s worth building in public sector data/AI.
• Turn learnings into reusable assets, enablement, and product feedback.
