Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Data & AI Technical Architect for the Global Public Sector to lead architectural strategy and engagement with defense, federal, state, local, higher education, and nonprofit customers. You will evaluate and scale Data 360 (Data Cloud), Agentforce, and related AI ecosystems while addressing security and governance requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical/enterprise architecture or related roles.
• Experience in defense or public sector environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of data, AI, integration, governance, security.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or STEM; graduate study a plus.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise data and AI strategy for public sector missions.
• Lead customer architectural discussions around Data 360 and Agentforce.
• Partner with sellers and solution teams early to shape strategy.
• Produce demos, reference architectures, and proofs of concept.
• Translate field learning into reusable assets and product feedback.
