Job summary

Evolv Technology is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to build and lead the FED/SLED legal function while supporting select commercial deals. You will partner with sales, compliance, product, and finance to scale contracting processes for federal, state, local, and education customers.

The role requires 6+ years of relevant experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work options available from HQ in Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school required.
• 6+ years of legal experience in-house or at a law firm with FED/SLED contracting work.
• Experience with SaaS, hardware, subscription agreements and CLM tools.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and state/local government contracting requirements.
