Qualificações

• JD/LLM with active U.S. bar admission.
• 12+ years of in-house or equivalent experience in enterprise SaaS or AI-enabled tech.
• Proven track record closing complex enterprise and partner deals.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with regulated/public sector environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead commercial legal function for Sales, Channel, and cross‑functional teams globally.
• Architect contracting framework to balance speed and risk.
• Oversee enterprise, channel, and partner contracts across markets.
• Partner with Finance, Compliance, and Product on strategic initiatives.
• Develop scalable policies, templates, and contracting processes.
