Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Public Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of government contract management experience.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and public sector contracting requirements.
• Ability to partner with Sales, Legal, Pricing, and Proposals to ensure compliant outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Award Strategic Support: review solicitations for risk mitigation and compliance.
• Post-Award Contract Administration: manage contract modifications, extensions, and administrative updates.
• Compliance, Risk Audit Oversight: ensure ongoing compliance and support audits.
