Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to support our Analysis Solutions Business Area within the Intel Sector, applying governance, contract administration and proposal leadership to mission-critical programs. You will manage risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive performance across a diverse portfolio.

You will partner with cross-functional teams and customers, handling complex terms, and leveraging FAR/DFAR expertise to advance national security objectives.

Qualifications

• Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience or Master’s with 6+ years.
• Contracts Expertise: Deep knowledge of government contracts, subcontracts, and proposal support.
• Business Acumen & Execution: Ability to make sound business judgments and manage multiple contractual activities.
• Negotiation Mastery: Expert-level skills in complex terms and conditions negotiations.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Working knowledge of FAR/DFAR, OTAs, CRADAs, and commercial agreements.
• Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI with polygraph required.
