Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in government contract management or public sector negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and public sector contracting processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preaward and postaward contracting activities with Federal, State & Local Government, and Education markets.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms, regulations, and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Pricing and Proposals to negotiate terms and mitigate risk.
• Manage contract modifications, extensions, and pricing updates.
