Job summary

Egen is seeking a senior Client Partner to accelerate its Public Sector business across the East Coast with a Western Region footprint. You will own end-to-end sales, nurture C-suite relationships, and drive multi-million-dollar portfolios in California through cloud, data, AI, and platform solutions.

As the face of Egen, you will partner with Google Cloud and other teams, develop strategic account plans, and lead go-to-market efforts.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technology services sales to State and Local government agencies.
• Strong technical literacy in cloud adoption lifecycles, data architecture, and analytics.
• Deep SLED expertise, including government procurement processes.
• Willingness to travel within the region for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline & Sales Execution: Own the full sales lifecycle end-to-end for California State, Local, and HigherEd accounts.
• Account Strategy & P&L Ownership: Develop strategic plans with revenue targets and bookings growth.
• Relationship Management: Build multi-level C-suite relationships across California agencies and institutions.
• Google & Platform Partnerships: Collaborate with Google Cloud and other platforms on go-to-market plays and co-selling.
• Solution Development: Scope projects and draft Statements of Work to address public sector challenges.
• Marketing & Brand Impact: Work with marketing on regional campaigns and client success stories.
