Job summary

Egen is seeking a high-caliber Client Partner to accelerate our Public Sector business across the East Coast while owning the Western Region footprint. This senior leadership role targets State Agencies, Local Governments, and Higher Education in California, serving as the trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders.

You will help drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth by combining agency relationships with accelerators in cloud, data, AI, and Gemini for Government, while leveraging our

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technology services sales to State/Local government.
• Strong technical literacy in cloud adoption lifecycles, data analytics.
• Deep SLED procurement knowledge and agency needs.
• Proven ability to engage IT leadership and business decision-makers.
• Willingness to travel within the region for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales lifecycle end-to-end in California State, Local, and Higher Ed accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans with full P&L responsibility.
• Build and maintain multi-level C-suite relationships across California agencies.
• Deepen Google Public Sector partnerships and co-sell opportunities.
• Scope projects and draft Statements of Work to address public sector challenges.
• Collaborate with marketing on regional campaigns and client success stories.
