Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Eight years of multi-family development and property management experience, six with HUD PIH oversight.
• Four years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to learn and use cloud applications (GSuite, Office 365).
• Criminal history/background checks and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures staff meets monthly, quarterly, and annual goals aligned with HUD benchmarks.
• Monitors management, maintenance, and rehabilitation of housing developments.
• Establishes goals and work plans for subordinates and evaluates performance.
• Addresses emerging issues promptly and provides guidance to onsite staff.
• Oversees training and updates manuals, SOPs, and procedures.
