Job summary

HR Legacy Commercial is seeking a senior-level leader to drive housing operations and compliance across public and affordable housing communities. You will ensure site execution, audit readiness, and performance improvement while coordinating with Property Supervisors, Managers, and cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong analytical and leadership skills, knowledge of HUD/CHA/Fair Housing considerations, and the ability to implement standardized processes and training across properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in public or affordable housing operations, compliance, or multi-site housing-operations.
• Knowledge of occupancy, leasing, recertification, inspections, and reporting standards.
• Experience supporting HUD/audit readiness, corrective-action plans, and compliance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housing operations and compliance across multiple properties.
• Collaborate with property teams to address gaps, exceptions, and performance issues.
• Lead or coordinate internal file reviews, audits, and corrective action plans.
• Analyze dashboards, recertification status, vacancy trends, and performance indicators to drive improvements.
• Support training, SOPs, and cross-functional initiatives to improve operations and audit readiness.
