Qualifications
Must possess strong managerial background.
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in Property Management, Hotel and/or Retail industry preferred.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
Responsibilities

Analyze problems and provide solutions to the Board of Directors.
Develop and maintain homeowner relations plan.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Maintain communications with stakeholders and address concerns promptly.
