Crunch Fitness Powered by JEM Wellness Brands in California seeks a Senior Assistant Personal Training Manager to lead the PT program, drive client engagement, and grow PT sales. You will manage a team of trainers, oversee the Client Journey, and ensure high-quality, science-based training with strong operational execution.

The role emphasizes leadership, sales excellence, and delivering an exceptional member experience in a fast-paced gym environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal training and fitness program design.
• CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a track record in sales.
• Knowledge of Crunch systems: VFP, dotFIT, ABC/Datatrak, Crunch U, Styku.

Responsibilities

• Drive PT sales through 50% of CrunchOne Kickoffs (C1KOs).
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Personal Trainers.
• Ensure high-quality, science-based training programs and client journeys.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and PT performance reporting.
• Support club operations and maintain service standards.
