Job summary

JEM Wellness Brands, powering Crunch Fitness, seeks a Personal Training Manager to lead the PT program, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional client journey. You will manage trainers, oversee the front-end sales process, and ensure high standards of program delivery across the club.

The role requires leadership, fitness expertise, and proven sales ability, plus certifications. This is a day-shift, full-time exempt position with a focus on results and a welcoming member experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED certification required or obtainable within 30 days.
• Nationally accredited personal trainer certification required within 90 days.
• 2+ years of experience as a personal trainer preferred.
• Strong sales ability with communication and rapport-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform at least 50% of CrunchOne Kickoffs to drive PT sales.
• Coach Trainers to improve consultative selling and close techniques.
• Own the Client Journey, focusing on the first 90 days of engagement.
• Drive scheduling speed with 24–48 hour booking windows.
• Monitor funnel KPIs and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure training programs are science-based, personalized, and results-driven.
• Oversee PT service administration and progress tracking.
• Lead and develop a high-performing PT team.
• Build weekly schedules aligned to KPIs and business needs.
• Partner with the General Manager on PT strategy and budgeting.
• Support club operations and service standards.
• Support Group Fitness with HIIT classes as needed.
