Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate training for providers and physician offices on new and current applications.
• Provide first-level support for dictation and voice recognition technologies.
• Serve as subject-matter expert for installs and IT&S solutions per HCA standards.
• Coordinate with Division Service Desk and provider relations to resolve issues
• Monitor provider utilization and deliver elbow training to staff.
