Job summary

HCA Healthcare seeks a Provider Solutions Specialist to train and support providers across settings. You will blend customer service, project management, sales, and leadership to drive adoption of HCA technologies and improve workflows.

You will partner with physicians, office staff, and clinical teams, delivering hands-on training, coordinating access and security, and ensuring device and data protection. On-site presence in Coppell, TX is required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting providers and clinical staff in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to train and coach users on IT solutions and workflows.
