You will work closely with providers, physician offices, and clinical teams to ensure effective adoption of healthcare technologies and smooth operation of IT-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience training providers on healthcare IT systems.
• Ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and deliver training for providers on HCA technologies and workflows.
• Serve as primary training and support resource for providers and staff.
• Coordinate provider requests with the Service Desk and other IT&S teams.
• Triages and resolves provider issues, delivering seamless support.
