Qualifications

• Oracle Health (Cerner) implementation experience required.
• Minimum 10 years of healthcare, health IT, consulting, or clinical operations experience.
• Minimum 5 years leading complex clinical solution teams in the build, design and implementation lifecycle.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance of at least Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned project workstreams and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, work plans, risk logs, issue trackers, and decision documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, trainers, and operational stakeholders throughout implementation activities.
• Support deployment readiness, go-live planning, and post-implementation stabilization efforts.
• Mentor junior consultants and ensure delivery quality.
