Job summary

• Leadership and decision‑making in protective operations, training, and vendor management.

• Proven track record building or scaling protective capability and setting procedures.
• Strong communication, discretion, and ability to manage sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Lead protective operations across staffing, assignment, and response.
• Own training standards and ensure records of qualifications and deployments.
• Oversee vendor and supplier management, procurement, and thresholds.
• Manage incident response and escalation, documenting decisions and rationale.
• Lead converged physical‑cyber protection with intelligence and cybersecurity teams.
