You will mentor teams, review work, and guide strategic engineering initiatives in a dynamic environment.

We require a Professional Engineer with at least 12 years of practice, strong communication skills, and a proven leadership track in the utility industry.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience as a practicing engineer.
• State registration as a Professional Engineer.
• Expert in engineering theories and principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and direction at corporate/industry level.
• Lead planning, scheduling, estimating, and monitoring of work activities.
• Coach and mentor other engineering professionals and review their work.
• Prepare accurate technical reports, calculations, and sketches.
