United Grid Solutions in New Jersey seeks a fifth-level engineer to provide expert technical leadership and mentoring. You will coach engineers, review work, and guide complex analyses, with responsibility for planning, estimating, and delivering technically sound solutions.

Candidates must have at least 12 years as a practicing engineer, be a licensed Professional Engineer, and demonstrate strong written and oral communication.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience as a practicing engineer.
• State registration as a Professional Engineer (PE).
• Expert in engineering theories and design issues; able to evaluate alternatives and make sound recommendations.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and communicate effectively.

Responsabilités

• Coaches and mentors other engineering professionals.
• Reviews work of subordinate engineering professionals.
• Provides technical leadership and direction on a corporate/industry level.
• Guides identification, analysis, and resolution of engineering problems.
• Plans, organizes, estimates, schedules, and monitors work activities.
• Produces thorough technical reports, calculations, and sketches.
