Job summary

POWERX is seeking a seasoned P&C Lead Test Engineer to drive testing, commissioning, validation, and integration of protection and control systems across transmission, distribution, and generation substations. You will mentor engineers, coordinate field activities, and ensure safe, reliable operation per utility standards and our commissioning philosophy.

The role requires deep understanding of relay logic, SCADA/IEC 61850, and energized work practices, with leadership in high‑pressure

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in high‑voltage Protection & Control testing and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing, commissioning, validation, and integration of protection and control systems across substations.
• Mentor Test Engineers and coordinate field execution with multiple teams.
• Ensure compliance with utility standards, IEEE guidance, and NETA practices.
