Job summary

Beyond New Horizons is seeking a Mid-Career Test Operations Engineer to support the Test Operations and Sustainment contract at Arnold Air Force Base, TN. The role involves working in a multi-disciplinary team responsible for the safe and reliable operation of propulsion test facilities.

The ideal candidate should have a BS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering and experience in a high-pressure environment. Responsibilities include managing and troubleshooting test systems and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience required for Grade L08.
• 8+ years of engineering experience required for Grade L09.
• Must be able to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety during tests and respond to alarms quickly.
• Direct troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate work and provide technical leadership to craft workforce.
