Job summary

Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) is seeking Early Career Test Operations Engineers to support the Arnold Engineering Development Complex at Arnold AFB, TN. You will operate and maintain ground test facilities as part of an integrated team, interfacing with engineers, data analysts, and craft personnel to ensure mission readiness.

This role requires a mechanical or aerospace background with internship/Co‑op experience, strong safety awareness, and a hands-on approach to complex test environments.

Qualifications

• BS degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team.
• Internship or co-op experience in mechanical/aerospace engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate advanced test bed systems and direct hands-on system checkouts and active testing sequences.
• Serve as the dedicated system engineer for facility equipment and perform minor design/analysis tasks.
• Develop critical test operational requirements and run programs with verified test article mounts.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to operate facility systems.
• Respond to alarms and troubleshoot systems during active testing.
