Job summary

Beyond New Horizons, LLC is seeking an Electrical Systems Engineer at Arnold AFB, TN to support the AEDC Test Operations and Sustainment program. The role involves maintaining, operating, and sustaining plant equipment to provide test conditions for full-scale turbojet testing.

Responsibilities include installation, troubleshooting, upgrades, and safety compliance for motors, switchgear, transformers, PLCs, relays, and drive systems, with entry to mid-level experience encouraged and U.S.

Qualifications

• BS degree in electrical engineering from an accredited college or university.
• 0 to 4 years of professional electrical engineering experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an active security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to government contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to system malfunctions, troubleshoot and direct maintenance to return to service.
• Update and maintain system documentation for systems of responsibility.
• Work with design engineering, fabrication shops, DoD client, and other contractors.
• Develop maintenance plans and conduct system safety hazard analyses.
