Responsibilities

• Lead mission-critical propulsion programs from development to qualification and life-cycle support.
• Coordinate across departments and manage internal/external stakeholders.
• Drive technical prioritization, schedule management, and risk mitigation.
• Report KPIs and ensure alignment with program baselines.
