Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Level IV Modeling, Simulation, and Controls Engineer to design, develop, and analyze control systems and simulation architectures for propulsion and aerospace applications.

You will model system behavior using solid rocket motors and controllable solids, advancing design maturity and program success. This role requires increasing independence, DoD customer interface, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Experience leading tasks through requirements to delivery.
• Strong systems thinking across disciplines; rigorous problem solving.
• Experience with DoD, MDA, or government programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-fidelity models and control algorithms for propulsion and guidance subsystems.
• Create system simulation architectures supporting design iteration, verification, and validation.
• Perform controllability studies and topology/ gain tuning for multiple architectures.
• Support program performance engineering with requirements, margins, and trade studies.
• Collaborate with GNC, software, systems, and test teams for integrated modeling.
